Law No. 43/2013/QH13 dated November 26, 2013 of the National Assembly on bidding
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; The National Assembly promulgates the Law on Bidding.

Chapter 1.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1. Scope of regulation
This Law provides for State management on bidding; responsibilities of concerned parties and activities of bidding, including:

1. Selection of tenderers to supply the advisory services, non-advisory services, goods, construction and installation for:

1. Projects on development investment financed by state of state agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, professional-socio- political organizations, socio-professional organizations, social organizations, units of People’s armed forces, and public non-business  units;
